Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Lexington crews are already moving. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Lexington address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Lexington, VA kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Lexington roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Lexington isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Lexington, VA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Lexington, VA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in Lexington who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Lexington call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Lexington jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Lexington team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Lexington response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Lexington property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Lexington homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Lexington properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Lexington job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Lexington drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Lexington estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Lexington, VA, most Lexington calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Our Lexington team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
The closest available technician is routed to your Lexington property with equipment staged and ready.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Lexington job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Lexington paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
