A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Lexington address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Too many Lexington, VA families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Lexington operation differently. Every technician on our Lexington roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Water Removal in Lexington isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Lexington, VA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Lexington, VA so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Ask any Lexington property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Lexington call at a time.
The most expensive Lexington restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Lexington dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Lexington teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Lexington rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Lexington homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Lexington properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Lexington job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Lexington drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Lexington estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.

We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Lexington job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Lexington work order, not just in an ad. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
